Q.   Where do I get my claim number?

A.    Claim numbers are given out by your insurance company at the time you report your accident.  You will need to bring this number with you so we can start the estimating process and be able to send our estimate to your insurance company.

Q.    What are your hours?

A.   Our hours are Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.  If you are unable to make this time please call and we will schedule you for either a later time or a weekend time.

Q.   Are you able to match the paint?

A.   Yes, we have a computerized mixing system that allows us to mix the right formulas so we can match your original color.  If we have any issues we have a computer that we are able to scan your paint and match it that way.

Q.   How long will repairs take on my vehicle?

A.   When you bring your vehicle in for the estimate we will give you a time frame for start to finish.  We will be able to keep in touch with you and inform how progress is going.  You can either call us or we can email you the progress each day.

Q.   Can I get a ride home when dropping of my vehicle?

A.   Yes.  At the time of your estimating please let us know if you need one.  That way we will be able to provide you with ride.

Q.   Am I able to get other work done at the time my repairs are being done?


A.   At the time you have the estimate done please  let us know so we have scheduled the correct amount of time so we don’t hold you up or so we don’t run the next customer late.

Q.   How do we go about getting a rental car?

A.   Well when you come in for the estimate we will schedule you one with Enterprise and have it here for you when you drop your vehicle off.

Q.   How do we pay for the job?

A.   If it is an insurance job the insurance company mails you or us the check and then either you sign it over to us or we accept the check from them.  Now if there is a deductible then you are responsible for that.  We accept Cash or Check only.  This needs to be paid at the time you pick up your vehicle in order for it to be released.

Q.   What if I need a tow truck to get my vehicle?

A.   We have a towing company that we work with and we can have them pick your vehicle up.
